Wonders when the last time anyone...

I want to know what happened to the days when we just looked up to the stars and thought about everything and nothing at the same time. The world keeps spinning and we keep running and yet we never pause to think about where we are going. The people before us understood things we are to busy to see. About thought, and contemplation, about life, and feelings. To think that all our goals are so monetary and all our dreams revolve around the reality in which we cocoon ourselves is actually quite depressing. Life is to short to not take the time and pick the roses and just lay in the grass and look up in the stars. To think of things that have never been thought before. To feel new emotions. To relish in our own humanity and our own imperfections. Why is it that we never do this anymore?

Conformity vs. Freedom

A poem i once wrote said

With comfort and security comes the sacrifice of freedom.
One must not only give up the right to choose
But the right to have ability to choose
With the possibility of choice now gone
There is now a possibility of comfort security
For if everyone had been condition to accept what he or she gets
Whether they wanted it or not
Then the want to have more is abolished
The want to rise higher is no longer applied
The right to struggle
The right to love
The right to be able to believe in oneself is gone
In its place now stands the pillar of structure
That will govern and control the masses
In order to further the establishment of comfort and security come first
Freedom must come second

So where do we stand as People of the world

Which side shall we take

To say it is my first would show that i have never began

Not sure what to say or how to write what i feel. I mean i have an opinion so i guess i can blog. Yet i don't want to be like other bloggers who only post things that attract other people. Sex, drugs, news, ect... There is to many blogs out there that do that and they range from amazing to horribly created.

I want to create a place where i can make others think. Where people can come together and see something deeper. I want to create the Numba1 blog ;). To this first blog that i ever create and the many more that i might. I bid you ado for now.
